This is another easy and quick Origami project. Let your imagination free reign by making vibrant colorful umbrellas. From my experience smaller size paper make the cutest little Origami umbrellas that remind me of those iconic cocktail umbrellas.





MATERIALS & SIZE

For the umbrella body you need 1 square piece of paper. It is best to use mono colored paper, as the inside of the umbrella shows the flaps you turned around. For the umbrella handle (stick) you need 1/4 of the same size paper. If you want to replicate those cute cocktail umbrella’s – size wise, then use 8.5 cm x 8.5 cm / 3.3 in x 3.3 in paper. The paper that was used in the Origami Umbrella Tutorial video below was 15 cm x 15 cm / 6 in x 6 in. It is easier to show with bigger size paper.
